Before you travel
How do I book a journey?
Call Alpha or share your journey details by WhatsApp or email. Availability, price and pickup arrangements are agreed directly. An enquiry becomes a booking only when Alpha confirms it.
Can I arrange a return journey?
Include your return date, time and pickup point in your enquiry. For an airport return, add your flight number and arrival date so the collection arrangements can be discussed.
What about luggage or access requirements?
Tell Alpha how many people are travelling, the number and size of bags, and any mobility aids or child-seat requirements. Confirm that a suitable arrangement is available before booking.
How much will my journey cost?
Ask for a quote for your specific journey. Agree the fare, payment method and any parking, waiting or extra-stop charges directly before confirming.
What if my train or flight is delayed?
Share your train or flight details when enquiring, and contact Alpha if your plans change. Confirm how delays, waiting time and revised pickup times will be handled when you book.
